We want you to love your DuaPixels products. If there is an issue with your order, our return and exchange policy is designed to be fair and transparent.
1. Eligible Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
- The product arrived damaged or defective.
- You received an incorrect item.
- The return request is initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, unpeeled (for stickers), and in its original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged:
- Customized or personalized products (e.g., custom name plates/stickers).
- Items that have been applied, peeled, or damaged during installation by the customer.
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective).
3. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately on WhatsApp with a clear photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our cost, including any return shipping charges.
4. Refund Process & Timeline
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer or mobile wallet (e.g., EasyPaisa/JazzCash) within 3-5 working days.
