1. Pakistan-Wide Delivery

We deliver to all major cities and towns across Pakistan using trusted domestic courier services. All deliveries operate on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis.

2. Shipping Charges

• Standard Shipping is Rs. 200 for all orders below Rs. 1500.
• We offer Free Shipping on all orders over Rs. 1500.

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. Once dispatched, the estimated delivery timeline is:

• Major Cities: 2-4 working days
• Other Cities/Towns: 3-6 working days

Note: Custom orders or peak season volumes (e.g., Ramadan, Eid) may add 1-2 extra days to the processing time.

4. Courier Handling & Failed Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery to the address provided. If the customer is unavailable, they will try calling the provided phone number. If delivery fails after multiple attempts, the package will be returned to us. Please ensure your address and active phone number are accurate at checkout.

5. Damaged Shipments

If your package appears damaged upon arrival, please accept the delivery but immediately record a video/photo while unboxing. Send the proof to our WhatsApp support within 24 hours so we can assist you with a swift replacement under our Returns Policy.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you may contact our WhatsApp support to receive your tracking number and live status.
