2. Product Information

We make every effort to display the colors and dimensions of our products (stickers, duas, decor) as accurately as possible. However, the actual colors you see may depend on your device screen, and we cannot guarantee exact accuracy.

3. Pricing & Orders

• All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• We reserve the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice.
• Placing an order does not constitute a legally binding contract until the order is confirmed and dispatched. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicion of fraud.

4. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched (usually within 12-24 hours). Once a package is handed over to the courier, it cannot be cancelled, but it may be eligible for return under our Returns Policy.

5. Payments & Delivery

We currently operate on a Cash on Delivery (COD) model across Pakistan. Customers are required to pay the exact invoiced amount to the courier at the time of delivery. Delivery times are estimated and may vary based on location and courier operational delays.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including product designs, text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of DuaPixels and is protected by copyright laws. Reproduction, redistribution, or unauthorized use of our designs is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

DuaPixels shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our products or website. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
